All quotations are valid for 7 days from issue unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change based on fuel costs, route changes or cargo amendments.
We hold commercial vehicle insurance and goods in transit insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage.
Standard terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
